Message Frequency
You may receive up to 4 messages per week, depending on your service interactions, appointment schedule, and promotional activity. Frequency may vary.
Fees and Carrier Responsibility
Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Once your request is received, we will send a confirmation and stop all further messages. You may opt in again at any time using the methods listed above.

General Terms of Service
Rainbow Pawz Mobile Pet Styling provides professional mobile pet styling services by appointment. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
We offer a variety of pet styling packages and add-ons. Pricing and availability are subject to change and may vary based on breed, size, coat condition, temperament, and travel requirements.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows. Additional terms may be provided at the time of booking.
3. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payments. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before future bookings.
4. Health & Behavior
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical or behavioral issues prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a pet poses a health or safety risk.
5. Styling Products & Allergies
We use professional, pet-safe products including Opawz and Crazy Liberty dyes, which are vegan and semi-permanent to permanent. While we take every precaution, Rainbow Pawz is not liable for adverse reactions due to pre-existing conditions or unknown allergies.
6. Photos & Media
With your permission, we may use photos or videos taken during your pet’s appointment for marketing purposes, including use on our website or social media. We will never include personal identifying details without your consent.
7. Travel & Service Area
We serve Glendora and surrounding areas. A travel fee of $10 to $50 may apply to appointments located outside our standard service zone or outside regularly scheduled route days.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
